Do not believe everything you see on the late night TV shows. Foreclosures are usually under-priced and good buys, but they are not steals.

Do not assume all foreclosures are rundown shacks. A foreclosure can be a castle, a shack or anything in between. Foreclosures happen in all price ranges. We have seen foreclosures in the million dollar range in the past year.
