How to Find Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, IRS, SBA & FDIC

Both Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae have websites with their foreclosure properties listed. The SBA, FDIC and IRS also have properties for sale.

These lists are updated regularly and are always changing. So, stop in often to look at the latest properties. For convenience, you can bookmark this page.

If you fill out the form on the Bank Owned page of this website, we will email you a list of bank owned properties which will include all the Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, etc.

These are some other things the government has for sale:

• GENERAL MERCHANDISE. The government has public auctions for general merchandise. They auction cars, jewelry, and other general merchandise. This merchandise comes from drug busts, property seized at the border, etc. They also have a free email mailing list you can request to be on that will notify you of these auctions. We have seen auctions offering a Lamborghini, Ashton Martins, a Bentley, and some old collector cars. They have some fine merchandise in some of these auctions.
